I rebuilt the front-wing frame mount around new chassis hard points, used topology optimization to remove inefficient material, and verified the manufacturable result under a 150 lbf vertical load.

I led the research, specimen design, sponsor coordination, fabrication, testing, and analysis for a controlled comparison of bonded carbon-fiber inserts and welded steel joints.

I built a Windows application that used the SolidWorks API to automate Go/No-Go inspection gauge-block models, reducing a repeat CAD task from roughly 15 minutes to 3 minutes.
